Programs at Focused FitnessTiny Tigers The Tiny Tigers program is designed for 3&4 year olds. The objective of this program is two-fold. On the first level, the introduction of basic martial arts techniques increases the students motor skills and prepares them for the next level of training. The second level, and equally important, is teaching life skills such as taking turns, listening, working with others, self-control and discipline. Little Ninjas The Little Ninjas program has been developed for 5 and 6 year olds to give them a headstart in life. The program is employs a game based curriculum which revolves around 8 Life SkillsFocus, Balance, Coordination, Discipline, Teamwork, Control, Fitness, and Memory. We also cover important subjects such as, knowing your name, address and phone number, when to use 911, having respect at home and school, and other important safety issues. Karate Kids Adult Programs Martial Arts The martial arts increase self-confidence, develop a sense of well-being, and after training, provide the means to protect yourself and your loved ones. But, that is not all the Focused Fitness Adult Martial Arts program offers. In addition, our program is designed to help you shed bodyfat, stay fit, and relieve stress. We have a diverse group of students including retirees, moms, dads, and professionals. And, all of our students never thought studying martial arts could be so much fun. Fitness Programs We also offer classes that are specifically designed to help you lose weight, tone up and change your life thru increased energy levels and an overall sense of well being. |
